- The “Door Delivery” option is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- The “Standard (Free over $75)” rate applies automatically when your order total exceeds $75.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time – Toronto) will begin processing on the next business day.
How Delivery Estimates Are Calculated
- Handling time is the time between your order being placed (relative to the cut-off time) and the shipment being handed off to the carrier.
- Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has been handed off.
- Total estimated delivery time is the combination of handling time and transit time, shown in the tables above.
- If your delivery window overlaps with a public holiday, your estimated delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
