Lost or Missing Shipments

At Sabiqoun Books, we take responsibility for your order once it has been shipped. If a book is lost in transit by the courier, Sabiqoun Books will contact the courier and file a claim using the shipment’s tracking information.
Once the shipment is confirmed as lost, Sabiqoun Books will refund the customer, replace the book, or provide an exchange, depending on the circumstances and availability of the book.
Customers are not responsible for filing claims with the courier. If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@sabiqoun.com so we can assist you.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or high-volume sales, processing may take a few additional business days.
 
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available for eligible orders. You will receive notification and pickup instructions once your order has been processed and is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
 
Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within three business days, excluding weekends. Options may include two-day, next-day, or same-day delivery, depending on availability and destination.
 
Express Shipping: Usually delivered within one to two business days after processing, but delivery times may vary by carrier and destination.
 
Standard Local Shipping: Delivery within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
